Lucy Maguire

Since joining Reece Thomas Watson in November 2024 as a Paralegal within the London office, Lucy has been committed to ensuring positive outcomes are achieved for her clients. She is passionate about supporting and assisting her clients through often complex legal processes.

Lucy graduated from The University of Law with a Law with Criminology degree. She is dedicated to continuing her development in the legal industry and aspires to become a Solicitor within the areas of Prison Law , Public Law , Mental Health Law and Criminal Appeals.

Lucy is widely experienced in working with vulnerable people and is driven to deliver the highest standard of representation for her clients. She is dedicated to defending individual rights , believing it is essential for there to be access to justice for all no matter challenges encountered.

Lucy is a trained Appropriate Adult and has often safeguarded children whilst they are in custody and during police interviews. She also has a background in police intelligence and enjoys transferring her skills into her work.

Lucy implements a compassionate approach to her cases, as this allows her to build positive relationships with clients and make an impactful difference in difficult times. She has a special focus on making sure her client’s needs are met and maintains transparent communication, recognising the importance of clients feeling supported.
