Kathryn Reece-Thomas

Kathryn Reece-Thomas is a founding member of the firm and leads the Stockton Branch, representing clients both locally and nationwide.

With over 15 years of experience in prison law, Kathryn has developed a deep understanding of all aspects of the field. She regularly represents clients in complex Parole Board hearings and has a proven track record in securing release decisions for those serving IPP (Imprisonment for Public Protection), EDS (Extended Determinate Sentence), and life sentences. Kathryn is also highly skilled in representing recalled prisoners, successfully challenging unjustified recalls and obtaining release orders.

In addition to her expertise in prison law, Kathryn is an accredited mental health representative. She is well-versed in assisting clients with mental health concerns in navigating their path to release.

Known for her approachable, compassionate nature, Kathryn is a dedicated advocate who tirelessly fights for her clients' rights.
