Jessica Bryant

Jessica is an empathetic and dedicated prison law paralegal with a strong academic background and practical experience in criminal defence. Graduating with a 2:1 in Law from Teesside University, Jessica has built a solid foundation in legal advocacy, with specialized studies in Civil and Criminal Evidence, alongside hands-on pro bono work at the university’s Law Clinic.

 Previously, Jessica worked in criminal defence, representing clients during police station interviews, where they provided crucial advice on the allegations and helped guide clients through the interview process to ensure their rights were upheld. This experience honed Jessica’s ability to handle high-pressure situations with care and professionalism.

 At RTW, Jessica now specializes in recalls, parole, and mental health law. With a deep commitment to helping the most vulnerable, Jessica is passionate about supporting individuals facing the complexities of parole hearings, recall proceedings, and mental health challenges within the criminal justice system. Known for their empathy and tireless work ethic, Jessica strives to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients by carefully preparing case files, drafting, and offering insightful legal research.
