Holly Wharton

Holly is an accomplished and passionate paralegal with a strong focus on prison law, mental health, and criminal appeals. Since joining Reece Thomas Watson in June 2024, she has been an integral part of the Northern office, known for her unwavering dedication to securing the best possible outcomes for her clients, no matter how challenging the case. 

Driven by her commitment to human rights, Holly goes the extra mile to ensure her clients receive fair and compassionate treatment. She has a special focus on assisting vulnerable individuals, believing that everyone deserves to be treated with dignity, regardless of their circumstances. Her sense of justice fuels her determination to make a tangible difference in the lives of those she represents.

Holly has a particular interest in licence recalls and independent adjudications, where she has consistently achieved successful outcomes. Her expertise in these areas has earned her a reputation for tenacity and skill in navigating complex legal issues.

Graduating with a first-class LLB from Teesside University, Holly excelled in Litigation and Advocacy, receiving the highest marks in her cohort. Her drive for success in advocacy was also reflected in her active involvement with the Teesside University Law Clinic, where she provided pro bono services to the local community.

Outside the office, Holly lives life with the same energy she brings to her work. She’s an avid gym enthusiast and enjoys exploring the outdoors with her dog, often setting off on long, scenic walks. With a passion for fitness, adventure, and justice, Holly is anything but ordinary, balancing her professional success with a vibrant personal life.
